InContext Terms and Conditions 

 

 

Entry is automatic upon completion (either offline or online) of a registration card, questionnaire or survey presented to customers of an InContext®client or partner company. Please read the following terms and conditions of entry, including the privacy note.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions apply to the InContext® Prize Draw Incentive ("Promotion").  The Promoter is Acxiom Australia Pty Ltd ABN 95 087 293 525, 151 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.  
3. Entry is only open to persons who are:
   (a)  residents of Australia or New Zealand;
   (b)  18 years of age or over; and
   (c) not employees of the Promoter or the Promoter's retailers, suppliers or other associated companies or agencies (as determined by the Promoter), or their family members,
   (“Eligible Persons”).
4. The Promotion commences 12:00am AEST on 01/05/2011 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 16/04/2012. (“Promotional Period”).   Entries received after the closing date will automatically be entered in the following year’s prize draw for the Promotion. 
5. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, complete a registration card, questionnaire or survey which they have received from an Acxiom InContext client or partner company, and return it either by post to GPO Box 2637, Sydney, NSW 2001, or PO Box 68036, Newtown, Auckland 1145 NZ, or electronically at the applicable URL printed on the registration card, questionnaire or survey. All completed entries will go into the prize draw for the Promotion. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.
6. The prize draw for the Promotion will take place at 4pm AEST on 30/04/2012 at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089.
7. The first correct eligible entry drawn will receive AU$10,000. The next three correct eligible entries drawn will each receive AU$1,000. Maximum combined value of all prizes is AU$13,000.
8. Winners will be notified in writing using the contact details they provided to the Promoter on entry into the Promotion, and their name published in The Australian and New Zealand Herald newspapers on 14/05/2012.
9. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant has not claimed a prize by 01/08/2012. The Promoter will conduct the unclaimed prize draw(s) on 19/08/2012 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to state regulations, and the winner of that draw will be notified in writing and will have their name published in The Australian and New Zealand Herald newspapers on 26/08/2012.
11. By entering this Promotion, Eligible Persons consent to;
    a) the Promoter and other entities on its behalf collecting and using information relating to them for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to contact entrants about this Promotion.  This may include disclosure of that information to marketing and communications agencies in order to conduct the prize draw and to the authorities responsible for the regulation of lotteries as required. Winners' names will be published and retained as required by relevant legislation and as specified in these terms;
    b) the Promoter, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised:
    i) collecting and using information related to them for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, profiling and analytical purposes; and
    ii) disclosing their information to third parties who may use that information for the same or similar purposes, including to contact the Eligible Person for marketing purposes. 
    All personal information relating to Eligible Persons will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at: www.acxiom.com.au/about_us/privacy
